About Spherion
A top staffing agency with a rich 75-year history
We're Spherion Staffing. We've been perfecting our franchise business model since 1956.

While we specialize in light industrial, administrative & clerical, and professional IT placements, our team has the connections and insights needed to find the most capable employees for any company.
The average Spherion office generated more than $6 million in revenue and $1.3 million in gross margin in 2023.* Spherion owners benefit from the stability of protected, exclusive territories.
Spherion franchise owners enjoy a wide variety of responsibilities and daily activities. Our local office franchisees are typically the sales and client relationship drivers. They spend much of their time out of the office seeing prospects, visiting clients, touring customer worksites, and networking within the business community. They oversee their staff whose primary role is to recruit, screen, interview and match suitable candidates with employer clients. As small business owners, franchisees manage their financial information while projecting growth and resolving issues.
